Medicare open enrolment runs annually from October 15 to December 7. Book early — our calendar fills.

Can you help with Medicaid too?

Yes. We screen for Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs and Extra Help at the same appointment.

I already have a plan I like. Is a review worth it?

Almost always. Plans change their drug lists and networks each year even when nothing changes for you.

What happens after you call

Book an appointment
Call 757-461-9481 or ask for Medicare counseling at any senior center.
Bring your list
Your medications with doses, your doctors, and your current plan card.
Sit down with a counselor
Typically 45 to 60 minutes, in person, by phone or by video.
Decide in your own time
You leave with a written comparison. Nobody signs anything at the table.
