Check the date and place
Meetings are listed above and confirmed by telephone the week before. Locations rotate between Norfolk, Franklin and the senior centers so that every locality is reachable.
Ask for the agenda
Agendas and prior minutes are available three business days ahead. Call the administrative office and we will email or post them to you.
Sign up to speak
Public comment is taken at every board meeting. Tell us in advance if you would like to speak, or sign the sheet at the door on the day. Speakers usually have three minutes.
Tell us what you need to attend
Ring at least five business days ahead for a ride with I-RIDE, an interpreter, large-print papers or an assistive listening device. There is no charge for any of these.
