Yes. The renovation included accessible entrances, restrooms and a lift.

How do I apply for an apartment?

Call us and ask for Hayden Village. There is an income-qualification process and, at times, a waiting list.

The Della Hayden School educated generations of Black students in Franklin. It is a community building again.
